Earlier this year, the London Stock Exchange announced a number of regulatory changes for AIM-listed companies. Included in these changes – under Rule 26 – is new guidance on corporate website disclosure. In particular, compliance with these regulatory changes requires that a company publishes and maintains key financial and non-financial information on its website.
