Patient Monitoring & Connectivity
Transmitters
Knowing that patient comfort is a priority, Spacelabs Healthcare has designed digital transmitters that are compact, lightweight, and water resistant—yet are rugged enough to withstand the rigors of ambulatory monitoring.
- With single-lead, or multi-lead transmission, Spacelabs telemetry is ideal for ambulatory monitoring of patients throughout the hospital. And you can add pulse oximetry monitoring and non-invasive blood pressure for those patients who need a higher level of care. Whether in the Emergency Department, Intermediate Care Units, or wherever needed, reliable monitoring is always assured.
- Three levels of ECG arrhythmia monitoring are available, and can be combined with ST segment analysis with ST trending. Level one provides alarms for life-threatening arrhythmias; level two adds alarms and trends for abnormal beats and runs; and level three expands arrhythmia classifications and morphology review for maximum monitoring capability.
- The compact modular receiver that normally plugs into the housing for central monitoring surveillance is also compatible with the portable Ultraview SL2400 monitor. This allows you to view alarms and live data for local or remote patients. With the signals sent directly to the monitor, constant viewing can be achieved during transport to other units. And it can easily convert to a high-acuity patient monitor if the need arises.
- The unique dual-diversity antenna system receives patient data from two sources. It automatically selects the stronger signal. This eliminates noise and drop-outs and it enhances the monitoring function while the tunable, interchangeable design simplifies service and eliminates downtime.
- The newest release of the Ultraview Telemetry transmitters operate in both the 608 to 614 and 1400 MHz bands of the WMTS, simultaneously from one antenna system. This gives you more channel flexibility than ever before, and ensures less interference from outside sources.
